| Digitamamon is an egg who runs
a restaurant. Lucky he doesn't get eaten! In S1, DemiDevimon directs Joe
to Digitamamon's restaurant. Too late, Joe finds out he can't pay the
bill. Digitamamon makes him wash dishes to pay, but he can never get
away, because for every day he stays he has to work for more meals. Matt
finds him and helps out, but eventually they have to defeat Digitamamon
with WereGarurumon, who's just digivolved.
In S2, the kids run into him again. This
time, he won't take Yolei's normal dollars, and it's lucky that Michael
and Mimi turn up. Digitamamon claims he's changed, and Yolei gives him
the benefit of the doubt. Gorillamon attacks the Digidestined, and
Digitamamon tries to protect them. He gets whacked a long way off, where
he gets Dark Spiraled. He attacks Mimi and Yolei starts yelling at him.
She gets her Digi-Egg of Sincerity and Shurimon destroys Digitamamon's
Dark Spiral.

digital. "Tama" is from Japanese tamago, meaning

| Eggs are a perfect shape. If
you hold an egg in your hand, making sure you don't have any rings or
things like that on, and the eggshell isn't cracked, you can squeeze the
egg and it won't break. |
