Anubimon is a white dog god who guides the dead to their place of judgment and protects Hades. (Now, that's weird. Anubis is an Egyptian god, while Hades is Greek. What are they doing together? Oh, well. The minds of Monster Makers think strangely -.^)

Name and Origin
Anubis is an ancient Egyptian god. He was known as the lord of the dead before the god Osiris, and later became known as the son of Osiris. When Osiris "took over" Anubis' role, Anubis became known as the guide who held the scales steady while the hearts of the dead were being weighed to see how good they were in life. If the outcome was favourable, Anubis took the dead to see Osiris.
Absolutely Useless but Interesting Fact
Anubis has the head of a jackal.
